ACUA Troops

The ACUA Troops are products of a secret experiment located somewhere in Africa. They can be controlled by the Neoteny, but only after ingesting a lot of ACUA. The Neotony can only control "Name Knowers". This is why Snake himself cannot be controlled by the Neotony.
