On April 1, 2010, Patrice Désilets and Hideo Kojima presented a trailer of "a really awesome game" that was in fact a trailer of Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker with gameplay of the "Assassin's Straw Box", similar to the haystack from the Assassin's Creed series. It shows Big Boss, in a mask similar to the one teammates wear in the multiplayer of Peace Walker, and another character in a tuxedo, using the straw box. They dive into it and knock down guards (and occasionally recruit them) with the straw box. Every time it is used, the box deteriorates, finally destroying it, showing Snake and the other character in tuxedos.

The video ends showing Kojima with a surgical mask remarking "Did you like it?" and then sneezing, commenting that he has "hay fever."
