At some point during the late 2000s, early 2010s, Barack ended up experimented on by the Patriots, resulting in him becoming a cyborg. His left arm, in particular, was replaced with a cybernetic one, containing data from the Patriots. Although his ethnicity was African American, Barack's cyborg body was given Caucasian features to cut down on costs.
After the Patriots' fall, he ended up joining both Desperado Enforcement LLC. and World Marshal Inc., eventually rising up the ranks.
