The Cerberus S220 was a type of handgun in use during the mid-to-late 2010s.
It was utilized during the Desperado Incursions of 2018 by some members of the PMC Desperado Enforcement LLC., as well as the Denver Police Department, the latter being under the employment of World Marshal Inc. due to legislation passed by Steven Armstrong back when he was still in the Colorado state senate.

The chief researcher of the Desperado-owned research lab at Guadalajara, Mexico, attempted to threaten Raiden with killing George with this gun, although he never got a chance to use it before Raiden cut him down.
When Raiden resigned from Maverick to commence a corporate raid at World Marshal due to their kidnapping and removing childrens brains to subject them to VR training for the Sears Program, the DPD cyborg cops attempted to surround Raiden with these guns, although with the exception of the initial ambush on the freeway, they never actually used the guns, and put them away when attacking Raiden directly with batons due to the latter's stance as a military-grade cyborg and thus firearms being relatively harmless against him, especially handgun-calibre rounds.
Behind the scenes
The Cerberus S220 was a gun utilized in cinematics for the game Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. Itself a fictional weapon, the overall design was based on the SIG-Sauer P220R. The name of the gun can be seen on the slide of the gun in the opening of Chapter R-03, just before the cops decide to attack Raiden with electric batons.
