Charles Thomas "Charlie" Schlatter (born May 1, 1966 in Fair Lawn, New Jersey) is an American actor. He has starred in numerous TV series and films, and is perhaps best known for his role in series Diagnosis: Murder as Dr. Jesse Travis with Dick Van Dyke, and his role in the hit movie 18 Again! with George Burns. He has provided voices for characters in televisions shows such as Sonic the Hedgehog, The Flash, Ben 10, and Loonatics Unleashed, among others. One of his roles was as The Flash in the Superman: The Animated Series episode "Speed Demons."

Schlatter provided the English voice of Major Raikov, a GRU major second-in-command at Groznyj Grad to Colonel Volgin, in Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, a role he reprised in Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops. He also provided Raiden's voice in Metal Gear Raiden: Snake Eraser, which is on the second disc of Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence.
