Crispin McDougal Freeman (born February 9, 1972 in Chicago, Illinois, United States) is an American voice actor who has played various roles in the Metal Gear series, most notably Sundowner in Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance.

Freeman has also voiced characters in TV shows such as Code Geass, Eureka Seven, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Hellsing, Hitman: Blood Money, Naruto and The Spectacular Spider-Man, and video games such as Armored Core 4, Castlevania: Lament of Innocence, Star Ocean: Till the End of Time, Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII, God of War III, Kingdom Hearts II, Soulcalibur III, Too Human and White Knight Chronicles: International Edition.
