At some point during the late 2000s, early 2010s, Donald ended up experimented on by the Patriots, resulting in him becoming a cyborg. His left arm, in particular, was replaced with a cybernetic one, containing data from the Patriots.
After the Patriots' fall, he ended up joining both Desperado Enforcement LLC. and World Marshal Inc., eventually rising up the ranks.

In 2018, Donald and several cyborgs guarded the 20th floor of World Marshal Inc.'s Headquarters building in Denver, Colorado. He was eventually ambushed by Raiden, who was intending to destroy two power generator panels plus a backup generator panel to bypass security, and killed, with Raiden taking his arm in the process.
