Earl Boen.

Earl Boen (born November 7, 1945 in New York City, New York) is an American actor and voice actor who provided the English voice of Sergei Gurlukovich in Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty. Outside the Metal Gear series, he is perhaps best known for portraying psychologist Dr. Peter Silberman in the Terminator series. Boen commonly portrays doctors in movies and television shows and has also provided the voice for various characters in cartoons and video games (including Inspector LeGrasse in Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem).

Boen is also known to many TV viewers as the Harper family's pastor, Reverend Lloyd Meechum on the 1980s sitcom Mama's Family. His character was featured in several of the most memorable episodes on both the network and syndicated version). He also appeared as a clergyman in episodes of The Golden Girls, The Golden Palace, The Wonder Years, and Three's Company. Other films in which he appeared include The Man with Two Brains (1983), The Terminator (1984), Alien Nation (1988), Naked Gun 33⅓: The Final Insult (1994), and Nutty Professor II: The Klumps (2000).
