The Frogs are a group of twenty elite soldiers that are Liquid Ocelot's private army. Their boots are similar to the ones that Vamp has been seen wearing, possibly suggesting that he is a member or perhaps even their commanding officer, though no official word has been given on the subject. Voice acting and body shape suggest that "the frogs" are mostly comprised of women. They are mostly armed with the FN P90.
