Event Points are points awarded by completing certain tasks in Event FOB missions, introduced after the Version 1.07 Update. They can be used to purchase various weapons, weapon colors, base colors, uniforms, emblem parts, and S-S++ soldiers that are otherwise unobtainable otherwise, although as implied by their name, the event points are only usable in the event FOB mission they were rewarded in. They are also the currency used to purchase various nameplates, although with the exception of the Snake faceplate set, the nameplates themselves cannot be rewarded via completing Event FOB missions directly. Instead, the player is required to complete various Security Defense FOB missions, and then purchase them upon being made accessible. Teaser images for them implied that the uniforms, weapons colors, base colors, emblems, weapons, and nameplates would have cost 20000, 5000, 10000, 50000, 100000, and 30000 Event Points, respectively, although in the actual game, they cost 7200, 4500, 8000, 9200, 8500, and 800 EP (and in the case of the Snake nameplate set, doesn't actually cost any Event Points and is permanent).
