Middle East Rebel Disguise - Explore the northeast section of the rebel's headquarters in Act One to find this camo in one of the lockers.
South American Rebel Disguise - Explore Cove Valley Village in Act Two to find this camo. There's a building against the same wall where you begin that's locked, so you'll have to cause a commotion to draw the soldier hiding inside to come out.

Civilian Disguise - Available at the start of Act 3. Used to follow the Paradise Lost member to the hideout without casting suspicion towards the PMCs.
Altair - Earn Altaïr's outfit by obtaining the Assassin emblem or you can get it by putting in the password after you've beat the game aottrykmyn(see the emblems section for more details).
Suit - Complete the game once to earn Snake's Suit. The same suit is worn by Snake when he visits the Graveyard. It is a custom of the Metal Gear series to award a black suit upon completion of the game.

Glass - (Black) - When you first begin Act 3, before following the resistance, look foward, a black glass door will be right in front.
(Blue, White and Gray) - When in Shadow Moses, you will be able to look for 3 glass OctoCamo. The white and the gray are near the electrified hall on your left, when you exit the elevator; The gray is the glass wall just before entering the office and the white is the door of the "cabinet" at the end of the same office. The blue is on hOtacon's office next to the locker he hide from Gray Fox in Metal Gear Solid.

Corpse Camo - An embarrassing (but very useful) reward for dying too many times (51 or more deaths to be exact). The Corpse Camo does have its uses as it's the only way to fool unmanned weapons such as Scarabs or Gekkos. If you lie completely flat, enemies will assume that Snake is dead and ignore him - automatically getting rid of an alert after finishing their investigation. In addition, if you hide in a box while using it, you can frighten an enemy when they pull the box off of you.

Statue - Use the OctoCamo on the statues in Act 1.
Digital Blue OctoCamo: Increases Camo Index when in or near water.
Laughing OctoCamo: Embued with, and has any enemy that witnesses the player when wearing it succumb to, Laughter.
Raging OctoCamo: Embued with, and has any enemy that witnesses the player when wearing it succumb to, Rage.
Crying OctoCamo: Embued with, and has any enemy that witnesses the player when wearing it succumb to, Cry.
Screaming OctoCamo: Embued with, and has any enemy that witnesses the player when wearing it succumb to, Screams.
Snake OctoCamo: Snakeskin-patterned Octocamo that allows the player to knock down regular enemies in one hit, and relieves stress caused by carrying heavy equipment, back pains, and/or screwups by rolling, but at the cost of 10% of their Camo Index.
Beauty OctoCamo: OctoCamo resembling the Beauty and the Beast Unit's jumpsuits that allow the player to absorb psyche when CQC-ing a soldier, but has twice the stress when exposed to sunlight.
Metal OctoCamo: Metallic OctoCamo that halves LIFE and PSYCHE loss, but at the cost of 10% of the Camo Index.
Gear OctoCamo: OctoCamo with gear patterns that halves LIFE and PSYCHE and gives a higher Camo Index than normal.
Fly OctoCamo: Smelly OctoCamo that has soldiers fainting after attempting to grab the player from the stench, but at the same time increasing the stress level.
Haven OctoCamo: Allows for 99% camo index universally when standing still; but at the cost of PSYCHE and LIFE decreasing twice as much as it normally decreases.

None - Snake's face without any camouflage.
FaceCamo - In South America, defeat Laughing Octopus.
Young Snake - Start the Eastern Europe level.

MGS1 Snake - Successfully clear Snake's MGS1 dream at the beginning of Act 4.
Colonel Campbell - Ram Roy Campbell with the Mk. II during Act One's mission briefing.
Otacon - Ram Otacon with the Mk. II during Act Three's mission briefing.
Raiden A - Ram Sunny with the Mk. II during Act Three's mission briefing.
Raiden B - Ram Naomi with the Mk. II during Act Three's mission briefing.
Drebin - Acquire more than sixty weapons in the game or by entering dntkkhktmm as a password.
Laughing Beauty - Defeat Laughing Beauty using non-lethal tactics.
Raging Beauty - Defeat Raging Beauty using non-lethal tactics.
Crying Beauty - Defeat Crying Beauty using non-lethal tactics.
Screaming Beauty - Defeat Screaming Beauty using non-lethal tactics.
Big Boss - Earn the Big Boss emblem (see the Emblems section for details). While wearing this camo, enemies that see the player will become terrified or pass out. Oddly, despite this camo being attributed to Big Boss, the left eye is damaged instead of the right, a trait of Solidus Snake's.
