George Kasler (ジョージ・ケスラー Jōji Kesurā?) is a member of FOXHOUND during the events of Operation Intrude: F014. He is a well-known mercenary who possess intel on every active mercenary in the world and it is said that those who are not aware of who he is are not worthy of being recognized as part of the elite.
Kasler participated in various regional conflicts for South African mercenary companies and the French Foreign Legion. Kasler fought for Zanzibar Land during the War of Mercenaries against the CIS Army, but suffered a deep wound on his right thigh, ending his career. Afterward, Kasler worked briefly as a hostage negotiator and lent his field experience to work as an expert in military intelligence.
Kasler was hired to work as an arms adviser for FOXHOUND shortly before the events of the Zanzibar Land incident. During the mission, he provided operative Solid Snake with his expertise when he enganged in combat with Zanzibar Land's mercenary force. He informed Snake of Gray Fox's true identity near the end of Snake's mission.

- George's surname has three different spellings depending on the source, with Kasler being the spelling used in the mobile phone and PS2 version of Metal Gear 2. In the original MSX2 version, his surname is spelled Kesler, while in the Metal Gear Solid 4 Database, its Kessler.
- In the MSX2 version, Kasler was modeled after actor Dolph Lungdren.
