James C. Mathis III (born November 28, 1974 in Brooklyn, New York, United States) is an American actor and voice actor. He has acted in TV shows such as I Hate My 30's, Noah's Arc, The King of Queens, Judging Amy, Star Wars: The Clone Wars, and Monk and has voiced characters in TV shows such as Ben 10 and WordGirl. He has also voiced characters in video games such as Ultimate Spider-Man, SOCOM 3: U.S. Navy SEALs, The Matrix: Path of Neo, Dead Rising, Scarface: The World Is Yours, and Spider-Man: Web of Shadows.

Mathis is best known for providing the English voice of Sigint in the Metal Gear series. He originally voiced the character for Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater and reprised his role in Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops. He also provided the English voice of Vince in Metal Gear Acid 2. He also voiced several of the soldiers/extra characters in Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker
