Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty Soundtrack 2: The Other Side is a second soundtrack to Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty. It was released on January 26, 2002, by Konami and features one disc with 20 tracks, all composed by Norihiko Hibino.
Peter's Theme, (Track 6) was re-done for Portable Ops as Sad Man's Theme and played during the cut-scene with Python. Similarly, Countdown To Disaster (Track 7) was re-done for the Portable Ops OST, renamed Evasion.
The Main Theme Motif appears three times during this soundtrack, during the tracks Comradeship (Track 15), Prelude to Denouement (Track 18) and Freedom to Decide (Track 20).
