On April 22, 2013, Konami has officially confirmed that Metal Gear Solid: The Legacy Collection Konami's Director of Public Relations, Jay Boor, revealed that contrary to popular belief, Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes Metal Gear Solid V are still separate games.
On March 27, 2013, Hideo Kojima officially confirmed at GDC 2013 that The Phantom Pain Metal Gear Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain At the Metal Gear 25th Anniversary Event, Konami revealed that the Metal Gear Solid movieis back in production. The movie will be a collaboration between Kojima Productions and Columbia Pictures.
A conversation with Hideo Kojima was held at the Smithsonian American Art Museum during "The Art of Video Games" exhibition, which included Metal Gear Solid Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty During the conversation, Kojima discussed his hopes for Project Ogre .
