Neil Ross (born December 31, 1944, sometimes credited as Neilson Ross) is a British voice actor and announcer now resident and working in Los Angeles, California, USA. He has provided voices for mainly minor characters in many American cartoons, particularly those based on Hasbro products and Marvel Comics and numerous video games.
He provided the voice of a Navy SEAL in Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty and Colonel Volgin's voice in Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater.
