The olive drab uniform was worn by FOX members including Naked Snake in 1964 during the Virtuous Mission and Operation Snake Eater.

The uniform was olive drab and had a black harness and olive webbing that carried ammo and weapons. It also had sleeves that went two inches below the elbow with black sleeves connected to fingerless gloves below that.
