Paul Eiding is an American actor and voice actor. Aside from his contributions to Metal Gear Solid, he is also known for the roles of "Perceptor", the Autobot scientist in Transformers, "Judicator Aldaris" in Starcraft, "Max Tennyson" in Ben 10 and its sequels Alien Force and Ultimate Alien, various roles in Cow and Chicken, Professor Hojo in The Compilation of Final Fantasy VII, The Narrator in the Diablo series, and also voices "Commander Karl Falco" in James Cameron's Avatar: The Game.

He is best known to Metal Gear fans for portraying Roy Campbell.

He has also provided the voice of Gary "Stone" Stoneman in the Syphon Filter series and was the opening cutscene narrator for No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle for the Wii. In addition, Eiding has also provided the voice of Paul Luther in Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem
