Paula Tiso is an American voice actress who is best known as the English voice of Lulu in Final Fantasy X and its sequel. Tiso provided the voice for Laughing Octopus, one of the members of The Beauty and the Beast Unit, in Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. She has also lent her voice to numerous video games, animated television shows, and radio commercials and promos.
