Quinton Joseph Flynn (born 15 October 1964 in Cleveland, Ohio), is an American voice actor, actor, and writer. He is most notable for providing the English of Raiden in Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons Of Liberty and Isaaru in Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2.
