Richard Francis McGonagle (born October 22, 1946 in Boston, Massachusetts, United States) is an American actor. He has had a large number of roles in TV shows such as Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Voyager and in video games such as Baten Kaitos Origins, Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, and Uncharted 2: Among Thieves.

Metal Gear series Edit

In the Metal Gear series, McGonagle provided the English voice of President Lyndon B. Johnson in Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater.
