At some point during the early 2010s, Ronald ended up experimented on by the Patriots, resulting in him becoming a cyborg. His left arm, in particular, was replaced with a cybernetic one, containing data from the Patriots.
After the Patriots' fall, he ended up joining both Desperado Enforcement LLC. and World Marshal Inc., eventually rising up the ranks.
