Snake is the main character of Metal Gear Acid 2.

[edit] Creation and Praulia Massacre
Snake was originally one of many children bought by SaintLogic to become one of their Model 3 test subjects that are able to connect with Metal Gear Chaioth Ha Qadesh through the EGO system. He was based off of Solid Snake, who had died on Lobito Island after he thwarted the plans of BEAGLE.
Three years before Metal Gear Acid 2, Snake and the other Model 3s were sent to the Serena Republic to kill all of the Model 2 test subjects who went into a violent rage and massacred the people of the area during a field test. Afterwards, Snake snapped and tried to escape. Lucinda Koppelthorn helped him escape, but he was shot by Venus. He would eventually be found by Consuela Alvarez, a resistance member.

After three years of working as a mercenary in the Serena Republic, Snake and his three friends Roddy Louiz, Dave Copeland, and Consuela leave the Serene Republic and illegally enter the United States on a plane. As soon as they land, Dalton arrests them. He is then forced to take part in an investigation and has to break into SaintLogic Inc and retrieve important documents. Some time later, he then works under Wiseman (who took control over the investigation) to stop a nuclear threat by Thomas Kopperthorn (with Dalton and later B.B. as support). He also meets Venus, who was already sent in by Wiseman to investigate.
During the mission, Snake soon discovers his real origins: that he is actually a part of the experiments being conducted at the research facility, being sent to quell the Model 2's who were taking part in the Praulia Massacre and that he is a cloned soldier -- modeled after the legendary Solid Snake. He is then forced to take out Metal Gear Chaioth Ha Qadesh twice - once by Koppelthorn and once by Lucy.
After defeating the Metal Gear, Snake escapes the facility barely by emptying its equipped nuclear warhead,hiding inside the casing, and launches himself into the ocean to escape US soldiers. Although breaking nearly every bone in his body, Snake was rescued by Dalton and he is awarded with amnesty, the 15 million dollars and is then reunited with his comrades.
