As of December 2020, a lot of the Camo that has been considered MIA has been discovered and properly archived. Turns out that all 24 Download camo were included on a PS2 Memory Card Download disc you can get off amazon JP. The tweet listed also has a full download to all 24 files. Only works with the JP version of Snake Eater, but if you're savvy enough you might be able to convert them to the US version or Subsistence.
