I've got the full text for this available... should I put it up for read? It's a 140-some odd page word document... Ocelot youth 18:08, 22 May 2008 (UTC)

I'm not sure what the stance is (legal wise) in pasting the whole thing, that's something you should ask Richard as he knows more about that kinda thing than we do. However it would be nice if you could include anything that's revealed in it (like Ames' involvement and Liquid's mention of The Patriots) and could you give me a link to where you got it from? The version i have saved to my PC is incomplete! --Fantomas 18:33, 22 May 2008 (UTC)
We can't copy and paste the text to the article, as then the text would be licensed under the GFDL, even though the original text is copyrighted by the author. We can, however, give a summary of the book or chapters of the book in our own words.--Richard 20:20, 23 May 2008 (UTC)

Year of publication - Continuity error[]

As I noted in the 'Behind the Scenes' section, there is conflicting information on when Nastasha's book was published. I think it makes more sense for the book to have been published in mid to late 2005, but this would mean that McGolden's article and the New York Mirror review would also have been written in that year, despite referring to the Shadow Moses Incident as having happened "two years ago." Any thoughts on how to address this continuity error as the timeline page currently has McGolden's trip to Shadow Moses taking place in 2007.

A minor point, I know, but it's just bugging me. :) --Bluerock 19:22, June 10, 2010 (UTC)

The cover you inserted is mine. It's a bit different from the original. I think you can at least credit me for that. It is the cover I made for the Italian full-text of the book.

You can find it here: http://metalgearplanet.it/

Yes, if it's your own personal image, it should have been credited to you by the original uploader. However, since it is not the original cover art featured in the game, then it shouldn't really be in the article anyway. --Bluerock (talk) 15:43, September 15, 2012 (UTC)
I've removed the image now and replaced it with the actual cover from the game. The two are very similar so thanks for spotting it. --Bluerock (talk) 16:17, September 15, 2012 (UTC)
