Can someone enlighten me on how Sokolov will be involved in portable ops considering he's dead??

I updated his role in Portable Ops, shedding a little more light on the whole "Ghost" thing. I also put him down as a member of FOXHOUND, given the fact that most, if not all, of the "good guys" from Portable Ops go on to eventually join Big Boss in FOXHOUND at the end of the game.
