Elisa and Ursula are characters in Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops. They are twin teenage sisters with ESP abilities (including precognition) who were survivors of a nuclear explosion in the Ural Mountains. Ursula later joined FOX, and was the only member that didn't wear a sneaking suit, while Elisa was hired for her skills as a Doctor.

After their exposure to nuclear fall-out, they were taken by a lab in East Germany, in which they were subjected to power-amplifying experiments. The sisters were then adopted by Gene, with Ursula (the more powerful of the two) became a member of the FOX unit and a loyal follower of Gene, while Elisa became a researcher who watched over Null. During the San Heironymo Incident, Elisa helped out Big Boss, until it was revealed that Elisa and Ursula were not really sisters, but dual personalities of the same person.

As Ursula she later inhabited Metal Gear RAXA and fought Big Boss, using her powerful psychokinesis to allow the Metal Gear to move and act in a natural manner, as if it wasn't a machine at all. She survived the battle and turned against Gene when he threatened to launch a nuclear missile, but Gene overpowered her and stabbed her to death. While dying, she predicted that Big Boss will build his own Metal Gear and that, one of his sons will "bring the world to ruin", while the other one will "save the world".

The personification of Elisa had the dominant knowledge of a chemist and a doctor, while the personification of Ursula had the dominant knowledge of a chemist according to both their in-game career stats.
