Hey everyone, hardcore MGS fan Chaos91 here. I was born in Southampton, England on October 15th, 1991. Though I would love to go and live in America when I finish University, I'm British and proud of it!
I first played the original Metal Gear Solid when I was about seven, and I have been a huge fan ever since. It sounds stupid, but my Grandma used to play it, and I first played it when round there with the family for Christmas. I hardly ever went over there (as little as three times a year!), so until I was about ten, and my parents FINALLY bought me a PlayStation, I was forced to go months at a time without playing it. When I wasn't round there I used to literally dream about playing it, and when I was there, it was all I wanted to do. It actually took me a whole year to get past the Tank Hangar!
My favourite characters in MGS are Liquid, Raiden and Otacon. I don't care what people say, I really liked Raiden as a character. MGS4 is probably the best game of the lot, but other than that one, MGS2 would be my favourite.
Despite my near obsession with Metal Gear, I wouldn't call myself a huge game fan, only owning about half a dozen different video games. I'm also a fan of Grand Theft Auto, Assassin's Creed and Tomb Raider. It annoys me I STILL haven't got Underworld.
My favourite TV shows include Doctor Who, MythBusters, Jonathan Creek and pretty much any sitcom (both American and British). I also like programmes that make me think, like game shows, or detective shows.
Movie-wise, my favourite is Fight Club, though I am also a huge fan of the James Bond series. I also like Goodfellas and other gangster movies and Back to the Future. My favourite actors include Bruce Willis (favourites: Unbreakable, Die Hard), Jeff Goldblum (favourites: Jurassic Park), Christopher Lloyd (favourites: BttF), Will Smith (favourites: Hitch, I Robot), Jim Carrey (favourites: Yes Man, Bruce Almighty, The Mask) and Hugh Grant (favourites: About a Boy, Love Actually). Anything with them in, I'll usually like.
