Metal Gear RISING REVENGEANCE !?

Why did the Metal Gear Wiki set Metal Gear RISING as a canon Metal Gear game? Didnt Kojima said it will be a non-canon,I mean its Metal Gear RISING not SOLID and like the other Metal Gear Acid parts,they were non-canon parts!
