SC Blacklist and Phantom Pain Similarities?

This is an observation I've notice that Splinter Cell Blacklist and Metal Gear Solid V Phantom Pain not so much Ground Zero. Have almost have some same similarities? Both having new voice actors voice Sam Fisher and Big Boss. And seeing both their latest trailers with gameplay and different stealth mechanics. It's almost like they're taking elements from each other?
